IRCC has open an online platform for PR applications paper-based

below is an example, that when you go to Provincial Nominee Program: How to apply (non-Express Entry process) per below link

Is this option is only to apply within Canada or we can apply for PR online outside Canada with PNP nomination?

I submitted my paper based file in april and I forget to attach first page of checklist ...there is 4 page of checklist but missed first one on which they just write instruction.....there is any problem please tell what i do

I just saw the link that you attached here, it is this for PNP paper base application did they switch from paper base application to online now is that true because paper base takes 15 to 19 months to proceed.
I got my nomination before an month and I am completely the paper base form I just wanted to get more information how it works it now possible that we can throw our application online and no more paper base .
Please let me know it I got this right and please let me know if you know more information.

after you submitted your permanent residence application, how long it took you to link this application to your IRCC account? I submitted last night and I am still not able to link it. Probably it takes a few days. Could you confirm?

Hello, I am wondering if it is possible or legal to apply online, even if you have already submitted a paper-based application last year and there is still no Assurance of Registration (AOR)? I submitted my application on January 2022 and there was not yet an option to apply online.
