I'm currently applying for canada study permit fr jan 24 intake.pl confirm what status I should mention married/legally separated during study visa application..we are separated but not legally,my passport status is single as my spouse name is still single.
I'm currently applying for canada study permit fr jan 24 intake.pl confirm what status I should mention married/legally separated during study visa application..we are separated but not legally,my passport status is single as my spouse name is still single.
- pl confirm if I have to apply for divorce before starting to canada(I don't want to return during my studies as I'm not wealthy enough to pay fr my flights upfront)
- Or I can proceed with my status as married or single as im not including my spouse in my pr. will this create any issues in pr application.
- Or any affidavit from my husband will work as mutual agreement to sign my divorce application.
