PR application, how many months to wait?

Hi everyone! Was wondering if you have any idea how long is the time frame for the result after doing the medical for PR....would it take a year or only few months after doing the medical? I did my medical last may 2014. Im aware that it would take awhile, but just to get an idea on how long would it be for me to do the landing and getting the PR card.
