PR application for refugee May 2019 applicants or before.

Hello friends. I applied since May 16, 2019. The last correspondence I received was since February 18, 2020 when I was asked for the Police certificate because I lived more than 6 months in another country. Since then they only started with my criminality and then nothing. My bar shows that I have about 36 days left to reach 100%.
What can I do after April 16? does anyone here in the same situation as me?

I call IRCC today.
The agent tell me she is going to put a note on my application asking if they need any more information from me.
