On January 6 I saw that my credit card was charged by"CITIZENSHIP & IMM FSW" for the Permanent Residency application (federal skilled worker class) that I had submitted earlier last year. I was expecting to get something in my email or mail regarding that transaction, but nearly a month later, still nothing.
I went to the "Client Application Status" website, there isn't anything yet either.
I am trying to figure out if my application is considered "in process" or not...
Did anyone have similiar experiences?
Does anyone have any phone number I could try calling?
