Very desperate here 
My boyfriend and I received the ITA on Feb 10th but yesterday when we logged in we found that both the PR application and the EE profile just disappeared! We tried to link application and we found our EE profile back but for the PR application there is no match found.
We have reported the technical issue and submit a web form but we know they are generally very slow with inquiries, so by the time they get back to us it might already pass the deadline (April 10th)
Anyone here experienced this issue before?
