I need someone to help me here on what to do or expect. I was refused visit visa to UK 9 yrs ago, in 2009. But the passport I had then had 1980 for by birth year.which was not my correct age. I later obtained a new passport bearing my correct birth year and the old one was withdrawn by the issuing authority. I have obtained and traveled to USA with the new passport. Now that I av sent my application for Canada PR, and have declared the refusal and DOB & passport change. How can this affect my visa decision. Will the visa officer raise any flag on the change of passport DOB

File an affidavit. Get it Notarized. Mention in the LOE while submitting PR application.
