Pr application canceled

Hi everyone,
My PR application is canceled due to the incomplete police report, so currently I am working on to get my police report from my back home. I have Canadian experience and I got my invitation via the Canadian experience class on April month.

Now I have to create a new express entry profile, but previously I had 461 points and I matched my back home C level one year job with the B level.
I am worrying to take another risk, so I am planning to leave that one year back home experience in my new express entry profile. I will get 437 . Can I do like this? Please advise me?

What do you mean by "I matched my back home C level one year job with the B level"? Are you saying that you claimed your NOC C work experience as NOC B work experience?

Yes , I claimed my c level job title as a B level job in my previous application
