Hi am applying for PR under provincial nominee . Last year had charge finger printed I attended court on trial date 6 months later. The Provincial Court crown entered a Stay of Proceedings in my case.Therefore was not a conviction and not a criminal record. After I waited 1 year I applied for finger print destruction. Do I still need to inform Immigration about this charge?
