My spouse will be landing soon. I'm hoping someone can help with these questions:

1) IMM5444E (application for permanent residence)
Does this form need to be filled out at the POE/airport?

2) Supplementary Identification form (IMM 5455)
Does this need to be filled out at the POE/airport?

3) Do we need to pay the fees for PR application or is it part of the fees we've already paid (i.e. part of $1040 spousal sponsorship fee already paid)?

4) Do we need to have pictures with us for the PR application?

5) Is anything else required to make the process easy at the airport (such as photocopy of passport, etc)?

Thanks!

:D Hi friend,

Glad to know that your spouse will be landin soon. No need of any forms. No photos ( better to keep spare with her).
She should have her passport ( of course she will have it) and her original COPR while landing.
On a piece of paper let her note your adress and phone number to show the officer when asked at the immigration counter. Nothing else she need.

Thanks, Wilson.

In the above link it says we should have the PR card application filled... that's why I was confused...

That's old and so are the links referenced. Wilson is correct.

@rjessome

Thanks! What about B4/B4a?

Can you clarify which one (B4 or B4A) is for goods to accompany? There are no goods to follow.

It's actually B4 E. You can use both if you have a long list of goods. Or you can use an excel spreadsheet as well. The important thing is to have the list when you land.
