PR application and student visa

Hello,everybody.


I want to know whether being rejected to get PR under Federal Skilled Worker program effect student visa application afterwards? In other words,let's say A got rejected to get PR under FSW and he/she tries to apply for student visa to attend university as his/her next move. Can he/she face student visa rejection due to the past unsuccesful case of PR application.
