PR application and DUI

Hi all, hoping someone can advise me.

i got pnp nomination and i was submitting my docs after receiving ITA and just realized that i might have a problem.

i have dui charge from qld 6 years ago. In qld it only stays in driving history, not criminal history.

i have already applied to rehabilitation thought agent and my question is, should i just apply for pr and write LOE about rehabilitation process?

what is the best option guys?

i am not trying to hide it at all, as i applied for rehabilitation, just trying to figure out best way so that this doesn't affect my application.

Normally you would wait for rehab to be approved before applying for PR. However I guess you can try moving forward with the PR application and include an LOE indicating you are going through the rehab process. Worst case scenario they may refuse your PR application in which case you can always reapply later once rehab is approved.
