My PR application is pending for almost a year.
My application is 'Married with NON-Accompanying spouse' and the current status is 'Background check IN Progress' and 'Security Check is NOT YET started'

I got divorced recently and I am changing my application status from 'Married' to 'Divorced'.

In one or two month's time I am planning to get married. After marriage, can I change my application status to 'Married with Accompanying spouse' ?. In what way will it affect my PR application? Points / Processing time? How will my application be affected?

What would you suggest - Get my PR card first and do second marriage (or) Do a second marriage while my PR application is in processing stage? Please let me know.

Too much complexity here...

First thing, if you got divorced, please update IRCC about this immediately.

Once you get married again, submit a webform with your spouse passport and Marriage certificate and request to update your application.
IRCC will send you a list of documents required to add your spouse.

Other way, get PR first... then get married and invite your spouse through Spousal Visa.

Please let me know which is the fastest and reliable way to bring my spouse to Canada- option 1 or option 2 below . 1) Do marriage while PR application is in progress or 2) Get a PR card, do marriage and apply Spousal visa

You can not get both of the worlds... Also, you haven't updated IRCC about your Divorce yet
so I would advice, update IRCC about that... then get PR and then get married and invite spouse over Spousal Visa.
