Just wanted to share my experience and Timeline for people to reference. (not sure if there is an official place for these types of posts)
I've been in Canada for about 5 years on work permits and extensions, had my first PR app Refused and had to reapply.
Went with Common-Law Sponsorship application - inland - paper based.
Overall took exactly 11 Months - stated processing time at the start was 12 Months.
