Hi Guys,

I applied in July from Canada. Today received an email saying that I do not satisfy the VO. Reason is that I didn't provide Employer letter stating my duties and hours. While applying I checked with my employer and they refused to provide the letter as it conflicts with their policy.

I clearly mentioned this in a self -written letter explaining the reason of not submitting Employer letter. I provided my salary slips and other documentation which I had related to my work permits. But VO has mentioned that they significantly pre-date the application and in absence of Employer letter he is not satisfied and thus rejected my application.

I wont be able to get the Employer letter. Is there any other way I can get the PR ?

Need your advice on this.

Rgds,

tk_singh,

Sorry to hear about this.
Is your experience based on an inter-company transfer working on closed work permit?
Can you please share your timelines?

Thanks.

Hi tk_Singh

same is the case for me..

mine is rejected for this reason:

I am not satisfied that you meet the skilled work experience requirement(s) because you did not provide an employer reference letter that indicates where you are currently working in Canada. Moreover, your contract with your employer indicates that you could have been be deployed to any location or site abroad at any point in time.

what are the next possible options..

did u attempt to reach them by email or any letter mailed to them for the clarification on whether the file can be re-opened if we can submit the employment letter.

please let me know.. we both are on the same ship..
