PR app approved havent prepaid copr. What are the next steps

Hi all, so my partners app has been approved in manila. I didn't pay up front the ropr. Just wondering what the next steps will be and how long does it take from IRCC side? Also if anyone is familiar with the process in Manila is the ropr mailed to the PA or is it given to the PA when they get the passport back with the Visa in it?
