PR App Applying for Visitor's Visa

Hi all!

I want to invite a friend from Nigeria. We've known each other for a couple years and I've visited her in Nigeria twice and we've also taken trips together in the UK a few times. This time I want to invite her to come on my birthday in Aug. (If the pandemic subsides hopfully) The thing is, she's already applied for a PR under a PNP. Will that be a defining factor?

She would have to have extremely strong ties proving that she will return to Nigeria after her trip given the large vil7me of a Nigerian claiming asylum and her PR application.
