It depends. How did you get PR? Did your husband sponsor you for PR? Did you apply through an economic immigration stream?

yes i was dependent on the file . And we did it on Provincial nominee program

You can apply to sponsor a new spouse as soon as you get married again.

However you will need to divorce your current husband first before you can remarry. Also note that you will need to separate for a year first before you will be able to file for a divorce in Canada.

For Ontario, at least, these are the rules.

To get a divorce, you must show that your marriage has broken down. The law says a marriage is broken if at least one of these apply:
  • You and your spouse have lived apart for one year and consider your marriage over.
  • Your spouse has committed adultery and you have not forgiven your spouse.
  • Your spouse has been physically or mentally cruel to you such that living together is intolerable.
If you are asking for a divorce because of adultery or physical or mental cruelty against you, you will have to prove what happened.

Also expect quite a lot of scrutiny on your soonsorship if you got divorced soon after receiving PR and then sponsored another spouse quickly thereafter. The way you have phrased it makes it seem you are ready to sponsor again. Were you separated before you received PR?
