PPR?

We just received a letter (dated yesterday) which says;

'In order to enable us to finalize the processing of your application for permanent residence in Canada, please provide the following within 60 days of the date of the post mark of this letter....

Original passport for each applicant for permanent residence

Please fill in the following details for each applicant for permanent residence [followed by surname, given name, DOB, height, eye colour)

I take it this is the PPR? (although it doesn't explicitly state that)
