Hi folks, quick question here. I got my PPR yesterday (and today again 
)
In regards to sending copies of my passport or the original: I'm from a visa exempt country so we don't require any visas to come to Canada, however, in the PPR email it says that if you have a valid temporary residence visa that you still have to submit the original copy of your passport.
I posed this question in another thread and someone said that your PGWP is a temporary residence visa, however, I called CIC just now and the agent said that I have a permit which is a different from a visa so I can send copies of my passport. I wasn't too convinced by the way she sounded though.
Can someone give me a definite answer? Want to get everything off today. Thanks!
