My medical and biometric are updated in records for PR in 30th June itself. By now I should have received the PPR, but still there is no update, it show" Your application is in progress even after 1.5 months...please help me understand

I am in the same boat. My biometrics, medical, background and eligibility checks were completed by 10 July. No progress since then.
IRCC's processes 80% of all EE applications in 6 months, avg FSW/CEC processing times are 4-5 months now. Not sure why are you assuming otherwise.
There's no reason for you to expect a "guarantee" of PR by now. Fwiw, your application can even take a year to process.

It doesn't work like that. Some will always get approved before the others. I got approved before so many folks in Sept, Oct 2022, etc - it depends on who is processing your application, the level of complexity of your application, and whether IRCC has resources to finalize your application.
I'd suggest keeping an eye on the PR tracker - expect a PPR or RFV once you get "all completed" in it. There are so many applicants here who have "all completed" way before 30th June and are yet to receive a PPR/RFV. That should tell you about the reality here.
I am in same bot. My tracker shows everything completed on 13th July. May I know your visa office?
That's not your Visa office, that's your local VFS office (Ahmedabad, if I am right).
