PPR received but need to submit at a different location

Hi,

I received my PPR last Friday, thanks in large part to the wonderful people here and their help. However, I moved to India recently from the USA and I have been requested to submit my passport in the USA. I did write to them on the email address mentioned in the PPR email as well as raised an enquiry at https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-...se-cas-eng.aspx?AspxAutoDetectCookieSupport=1

Is there anything else I need to do in order to let them know that I cannot submit the Passport in the US. What are the steps to be taken if I do not get a reply in time?
