PPR received but I am in USA right now

I received my PPR 3 days ago and I am currently in USA visiting my parents.
I will be going back to Canada after 2 weeks. My question is can I simply get my stamp on my passport when I enter Canada via airport or do I have to mail it to CIC and get it back and then go to some border or port.
Please explain.

You have to send passport to CIC. Cross the border after getting the passport.
But they will send your passport to canada address.
