PPR Question About Not Write Address on Return Envelope

Hello,

I receive PPR today, in the email, it said that DO NOT FILL OUT THE ADDRESS SECTION ON YOUR CANADA POST RETURN ENVELOPE.

Therefore, I should not write my address on the the return envelope. Is that correct? Because, normally we should do that, not sure why CIC advised not to do it. Please advise,

I've ended up writing my address. Let's see what they do. I hope they will just change the sticker or something.

I also wrote the address on the return envelope. I got approved on last Thursday, however return tracker is not activated yet. I don’t know, if writing in the envelope is delaying the things or not?
