PPR Package - Attaching Commercial Invoice on Package - US to Canada

Hi Guys,

I attached the commercial invoice outside the Fedex Package I mailed. I needed one clarification,

the Commercial Invoice was below the Shipping Lable outside the package, how can any customs official see that? When asked the Fedex staff, they said, thats how it is done.

I want to make sure it was done right.

Any reply would certainly be appreciated.
