PPR, need help! THX ALL

Got PPR today, but my wife's PP is in Ottawa for TPVisa, what should I do? And, I emailed CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca about this and when they will email back? Is calling them tomorrow help?
And my baby is Canadian already, do I need sent her Photo as well?
