PPR letter missing info

I have a small doubt, probably a silly one . Hopefully someone could give me an insight into what I should do. In my PPR letter the mailing address is missing the name of state in India and the pin code. Will that be a problem? The reason I am asking is because I'm residing outside India and the passports will be returned to my present residence address.

Are passports mailed back to residence or a designated point of collection ?
