PPR for visa exempt; Passport copy or original passports?

Hi all,

Starting a thread to see how many were requested for just copies of passport and how many for original passport.
Or how many were just not requested anything and got CoPR right after medical.

Please share.. Thank you!

I'm visa-exempt (US) but my wife is not. They requested both of our original passports.

Hi, I need to get copr before november 21 this year.
Thats why im being really impatient..

is there a reason why you need to get your COPR before novembre 21?
if you have a logic reason you can always send a nice email to CPP-ottawa requesting them to expedite the issuance of your COPR and leave it at the mercy of the visa officer reviewing your file.
