PPR for Outlanders - when to expect

Hello guys.

I am really happy that some applicants have already received their confirmation of permanent residence despite the ongoing COVID-19 situation.
This, however, is only the case for Inland applicants, what about outlanders? When we can expect our golden mail to be sent?

I called 2 weeks ago and status was as following:

Eligibility: passed
Criminality: passed
Security: passed

When I can expect PPR?
Need your guidance and opinion, any input is valuable.
