1.change in circumstances
Change of martial marital status
Change of family composition
Change in health
Change contact information
How should i inform them that nothing is change ?
We have a baby 10 months old
2.appendix B
Its says "please complete this form for your self ,your spouse/common-law partner, and your dependent children ,whether or not they are accompanying you to Canada."
Do we fill it up with all of us ?
Baby (waiting for proof of citizenship)
Sponsor (Canadian)
Applicant ( Filipino)
