Hi
Hope anyone can help me with my query !
I have a new born baby who is already a Canadian, do I have to inform IRCC
About him? Because I noticed in PPR letter they ask to report changes in family composition.
Do I still have to inform them if the baby is Canadian?

You can (and in my opinion should) inform them, and this will (should) have no impact on the passport request. Why inform? Because you'll have to apply for the citiznwship certificate and passport anyway, so stupid to not be honest about it.

If you are in the process of sponsoring your spouse you must update the family information forms to include the new child and send them via webform.
