PPR 20 Sept - Passport Submission 12 Oct (Close call?)

Gents,
I got ppr on 20 sept, requesting me to submit passport to New Delhi via nearest vfs (Mumbai in my case). I am an Indian resident and currently on business trip in Dubai. I need to be in Dubai till 11 Oct. I plan to submit the passport and photos at Mumbai VFS on 12 Oct (7 days before the 30 days deadline). Will it be a close call?

You were given 30 days, even if you submit on the 30th day, it will be accepted.
