The follow up mailing was to make sure they had no excuse that you didn't try to get it to them. As long as they don't ask for originals, you are ok.

If really necessary I can get the originals somehow, but it would be a real pain in the butt.

I figure that with 2 confirmation emails that they received them it should be ok. The first email was the automated one when you send through CSE, the other one was about a week later sent from an agent confirming reception.

All our stuff is with us. So when they ask, we just double up the submission. Then there is no getting around that we submitted the material -- it couldn't ever get lost
