Hello, im a canadian citizen and I sponsor my wife in Mexico.

On the marriage certificate they put my second first name that I dont use but it was on birth certificate.
On the application I never wrote that second first name because they ask for my name like on my passeport.

Do you think it will be a problem?

I have already send the application

Thank you

There was a question in one of the forms " Have you ever used any other names?". Did you include your second first name in there?

I never use it, it was only write on my birth certificate
If you have this name on any of your documents (be it birth certificate or marriage certificate etc) I believe you should have included this name as an answer on the question "Have you ever used any other names".

So what I can do now?
Wait they will send me back the application?

I don't think they would send back your app because of this. But if it was me I would send this form with correction ( add your second first name under a question "Have you ever used any other names ) and attach a letter of explanation through webform once you receive AOR.

Thank you!

I hope it will be easy like that, for real im very stress because I dont know how they work, if they see mistake they refuse etc :(

Well accordingly to their website the reasons for applications being sent back is forms being incomplete (if you didn't answer some of the questions), missing signatures or missing documents. As long as you answered all of the questions (even if you put "no" when it should of been "yes") I believe they should accept your app for processing and then as soon as you get your UCI number you can send a corrected form with explanation through webform.
