If a guy studies 1 year post graduate diploma and after finishing the course he gets visa for one year. After one year of work he enlols in a Canadian university for ms (2 year course). After graduating from the university with MS, can he apply postgraduate work visa again ? If he can how long ? Since he have already taken up postgraduate work visa before
