i have some questions regarding post study work permit . Is there is any effect of Official off on the pswp if my university approved my leave of absence for full winter term off?
I am going to my home country for my marriage. I came here in canada in fall 2018 and want to take winter 2019 off ? is there is any effect on my work permit or immigration ?

If you take an unscheduled break in your studies then you should expect there will be a high chance your study permit will be refused. An unscheduled break is one where you take a break from your studies while everyone else in the program does not. It sounds like the break you are planning to take is unscheduled (although your university is approving a leave of absence) - so yes, you should expect there's a very good chance that will impact your ability to get a PGWP afterwards.
