Post secondary transcript proof of language

Hey All

I was wondering can a transcript from a private career college, which is accredited by the PCC Govt of Ontario as proof of language. The course is in English.

I would believe so, yes, per this section from IRCC's website:

Have you completed or are you currently attending a secondary or post-secondary program, in French or in English, in Canada or abroad?
If you are, send a copy of proof that you have completed or are currently attending a program with your citizenship application. Proof can be your:

• diploma
• transcript
• certificate

Your proof must be:

• from a secondary or post-secondary program in English or French
• written in English or French
  • if it is in another language, you must also send a certified English or French translation
  • the translation should show that the language of instruction of the program was English or French
