It needs to be a secondary or post-secondary program from a secondary or post-secondary school.
The diploma, transcript or certificate needs to be in either English or French, must clearly state that the program is finished in English or French and must be verifiable. see http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/citizenship/language.asp for detailed information.

If it's verifiable, I see no problem.

exactly. if it's verifiable, just hand in the transcript and/or diploma in the required format.

Thank you everyone!
Yes I have ordered the transcript and it will come anytime. It will also state that the medium of instruction is in english.

Also, my degree states on it "Verifiable document"

I will be receiving my transcripts soon.

Shall I remove the seal and photocopy the transcript and then send or do I have to send the sealed transcript to CIC?

FYI my certificates/transcripts are not from north america.

NO !!!!

Dont open the envelope. The institution puts their seal on the envelope and that is what it makes it authentic. If you want to send the transcript as it is original, you are not suppose to break the seal and open the envelope, send it as you receive it.

Okay here is my case regarding my language proof paperwork:

I have my bachelor's degree in printed in english with all semesters marksheets.

I have my master's degree in printed in english with all semesters marksheets.

I have got a letter from my institute where I have done my bachelors stating that the medium of instruction was in english.

I have got two letters from my university from where I have done my master's. One letter states that the medium of instruction was in english. The second letter is the transcript.

Do I need to send the transcript? I thought that I can send copy of my bachelors degree and master's degree along with their marksheets and Language of instruction letter.

In what circumstances are transcripts required to send?

Please suggest what should I send?

Diplomas should be enough, but since you already have the transcripts in the sealed envelopes, I would include them.

I have read in this forum that people have sent their diplomas along with their transcripts and thier application was returned because they were told that it is not sufficient language proof.

Does CIC look specifically that what course a person has done or they just want that whatever course has been done should be done in english/french medium?

Please advise.

I sort of knew this. Actually completing a diploma or doing a English level course is not a proof of English proficiency. There are many international students who are enrolled in English medium universities but still can't speak English. You have to pass IELTS or approved test by CIC. In my case I studied in the USA and my University gave me a special letter stating that my English level was proficient and up to the standard required for University academics. :)

Your statement is also true but I will still send my bachelors and master's with english proficiency letter because it was all computer science and hopefully CIC will accept it.

Moreover, I worked for USA company remotely and dealth with US clients over the phone for almost 3 years. I mentioned it in my work history

This is not a proof of language proficiency. Several immigrants lived here for several years working for Canadian companies and still can't speak proper English. You need to go the straight route and that is through a CIC approved testing center. I had a letter from the University specifically stating my English level skills, plus I had an IELTS score of more than 8.
