POST ITA: Work History for Express Entry v Work history for Toursim Visa

Hi Guys,

I have a doubt that I could not find it here.

My husband and I received the ITA and started refilling and rechecking all of our information.

In my profile (as a spouse), we did not mention my work history once we read in this forum it was not necessary. However, when I took my tourism visa, I informed my work history.

For EE profile, do I need to inform my work history? I am afraid that if I do not inform it, the Canadian Immigration might cross all my previous information and might find a difference.
