Hi all,
I apologize if this question has been already answered, but I could not find a coherent thread answering my doubt. I am scanning an existing 35mm x 45mm photo at 600 DPI. However, the file size just falls short of 60 KB (59.X KB or something very close to 60 KB). I dont have access to a scanner with any higher resolution. What is the preferred way to handle this situation? How have people in this forum managed to mee the photo requirements?
Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks!

Hmmm... usually it is just the 600 scan that will do the trick.

Without sounding silly, have you tried including a 5pxl white 'border' to bump up the 1kb?
