POST ITA - Question | Please Help !

Hello,

I received my ITA on Jan 30, 2019.

I have collected all my documents except the PCC which i should receive by the end of the week.

I am currently claiming points for

6231 : 1 year in canada
6231 : 1 year in India

My company wants to promote me to a supervisory position in MARCH 2019 .

Would i need to declare this to CIC ?
