Hi everyone,
We are about to submit our PR application under CEC. We got my wife's PCC from her country months ago with an apostille and sworn translation. The original document and the translation are stamped/stapled together and there is the seal of the translator on the staple.
We just learnt that Canada is not part of the Apostille system. And we don't have enough time to get a new PCC. The sworn translation is not notarized since there is an Apostille on the document. Would that be a problem? If so, We are planning to get the document translated again here in Canada by an ATIO certified translator. Is this a good idea?
Thanks
