Post ITA change of Job

Hi, I got the ITA for CEC Category and showed 0 fund in the application as I am working full time for more than one year. Now that I got the ITA, can I change my job any time? Will there be any consequence for changing job?

There is no obligation for that, you can change the Job unless its a LMIA Job.

The ITA has nothing to do with your ability to change jobs. It depends entirely on the kind of work permit you have.
