hello everyone,
my pgwp got approved on February 2, 2022, but till now I have not received the secure document(got the approval mail in my ircc account). i have tried contacting immigration by email, phone, and web forums but didn't get any response. i am totally confused. i contacted one lawyer and he asked me to wait. i got a job but they need proof of my status. as i don't have the physical work permit and my study permit is expired, I didn't get the job.
If anybody has any idea please help me out.
