It is always safe to work less or equal to 20hr while on study , But if total is ok .Then don't worry .If your income is really high. Then it may cause a concern of CRA and CIC.

I was also on same boat i used to work 16 hr/week and some time 24 hr /week.
But if overall if it is 20 hr or near by .Dont worry

I would suggest you to be caution in future

If it were yearly, that would be stated. It is very clearly stated as max 20 hours per week. You worked illegally.

@canuck_in_uk can you help me with this? Thanks

while filling imm0008enu_2d form .In current status i have entered worker.

Q1) For start date ,Should I fill the date i applied for Post Graduate Work Permit or the date i received it ?

Second thing if I enter the date on which I received my work permit .Would it cause any confusion for officer as I started working in applied status and I know in applied status our experince is counted toward express entry .

Any help would be appreciated.

The date of the work permit. You were still a student up until the PGWP became valid. It will not be an issue.
