Post graduation work permit

Hello friends, I applied for my post graduation work permit and after applying I got message about the confirmation for the payment but I did not get the letter confirmation for the application submitted. Can anyone tell me then on what basis I can apply for the job?

Dont think there is any confirmation letter, the employer just needs to believe you more or less.
