Anyone please tell that how many hours we can work in a week when we are holding post graduation work permit.

Post graduate work permit is a work permit. You are no longer a student and are officially a temporary worker, you can work for as many hours as is allowed by your employer and relevant federal, provincial and local regulations.
Like some told me that you can work 40 hrs a week for one employer( full time) and 20 hours a week for another employer( part time)
You can have 2 jobs, it is not a crime to do so. You have a open work permit, so you can work for whoever you want and however long you want.
