I have valid study permit and visa... I also applied within 90 days period and got refused... Now just the thing is that I want to reapply which is out of 90 days period? will that be an concern??

Why was your initial PGWP application refused?

How long ago was it refused? You may wish to send a letter of re-consideration.

hi, the refusal letter shows reason: i didnot apply within 90 days but i applied within 90 days.
it was last week, when i recieved the results i was out of my 90days.
Now i am confused and scared what to do??
please suggest something.

You are no longer eligible to apply for PGWP at least for current program.

call them if it was an error and u have proof u applied in the time frame see if they reconsider.

I called them they said i can re-apply but not sure if they can reconsider it. It totally depends on the agent who going to process your application.
