I applied the Post Graduate Work Permit in Sept 24, 2012, and my study permit expired in Sept 30, 2012. Everything is okay during my application, and I gave all the required documents. Since my convocation is held on Oct 11, 2012, my parents come from Hong Kong to Canada to see my graduation. After my graduation, they want to go US to travel; therefore, we went to US at Oct 12, 2012. When we finished our trip and back to Canada in Oct 15, 2012, the customs officer rejected me to enter Canada, because of my expired study permit and said me stay in Canada after the study permit expired. After that, I went back in Hong Kong, and I am now still stay in Hong Kong.
Today, my friend in Canada received the letter from Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC), they refused my application of Post Graduate Work Permit, it is because I am not in Canada. I feel helpless and depress of my result. But I don't know what and how should I do now. I am worry that I can't enter Canada again since I have rejected once. If I can't enter Canada, I wouldn't able to apply a Post Graduate Work Permit again. Also, my study permit already expire, it wouldn't satisfy the requirement of work permit.
