Post-Graduation Work Permit and tuition status

Hi friends, I am about to graduate this year and am applying for PGWP.

My question is: can I use my diploma letter as the official completion letter?

Also, how much is my school involved in the officer's decision making? Do they solely make decisions based on the application documents?

Yes. The institute letter stating your full-time status and completion of course of study along with official transcript will do for PGWP application.
